Rose Bowls Over Competition and Parades to Tour de Ski Victory

Tour Champ… Screaming for Vengeance!

Chris Rose won his 4th Peru Nordic Tour de Ski by showing up and skiing a solid race in the Tour de Ski Cut-Throat Biathlon Finale at Gauntlet Stadium.  A light field managed to make it to the start in brutal 0-F conditions.  Rose started conservatively but attacked mid-way through the first lap and put in a sizable gap.  Solid shooting in the range solidified the victory.  Jim Kobak limped into second, and managed to finish second overall in the Tour.  Young phenom, Bryce Hartman had a solid day at SL Ski Practice and was able to garner enough points to lift him onto the podium.
