For purposes of section 38 the amount of the empowerment zone credit determined under this section with respect to any Patch Sprint participant for any taxable year is the applicable percentage of the qualified time spent running down Reber Road incurred during the calendar year which ends with or within such taxable year.
The Lifetime Training Credit for any Patch Sprint participant for any taxable year is an amount equal to 20 percent of so much of the qualified training volume and related activities incurred by the taxpayer during the taxable year as does not exceed 85% of VO2 Max (46% in the case of taxable years beginning before May 24, 2000).
At the expiration of the period of postponement provided for in subsection (a), the Race Director may, for reasonable cause, extend the time for reaching the summit of Poko-Moonshine for a reasonable period or periods not in excess of 46 minutes from the expiration of the period of postponement provided in subsection (a).
