Peru, NY – The Hand of Doom has set a new record for the Hill of Death. The old record of 0:22:14 previously set by the Harvester of Sorrow in September of 2007, was one many believed would never be broken. However, Thursday that record fell when the Hand of Doom blistered up the hill, which nearly reaches 17% at it steepest point, with a time of 0:21:48. “I am sure my record will be short lived, but for now I am on top” said a tearful Rose. The Hand of Doom now has his sights on the Sufferfest this Sunday. This is a 10k race up Prospect Mountain in Glens Falls, NY. The Harvester of Sorrow also holds the record for this event with a standing time of 0:38:30. There is no doubt that the top racers will be using their razor scooter wheels, ABEC 7 bearings and waxing their rollerskis with Solda F31 pink.
