Rose Dominates Maiden Test

I'm the one to beat!
Chris Rose showed that he’s the one to beat with a convincing win in today’s Mini-Maiden. ”I’d like to see guys like Kvam, Wynn or MDH try to touch me on this course… they’re doomed! muh-ha-ha-ha,(evil laugh added for effect)”

Rose preps the Shitante!
Rose won today’s race, putting up the best run and bike times, and the second best ski time… on classic skis!

a soggy Moffett heads towards the finish
The Mini-Maiden featured a 1 mile run, an 8 mile bike and a 2.5 mile rollerski. Rose was able to hold off Jim Kobak and Tom Moffett. Kobak was second after the run, just a few seconds behind, but lost huge time on the bike leg. And was visibly shaken when Moffett roared past him on Mannix Road. Kobak was able to overtake Moffett on the rollerski up Barney Downs Road, but it was not enough to reel in Rose, who had put an insurmountable gap over the field during the bike leg. All of the participants got totally soaked as another summer thunderstorm rolled through the region. Boy, we could use some more rain.

Run - Bike - Rollerski, the Iron Maiden is only 3 weeks away

Just so you guys know…..I weigh 148lbs….so make sure the very top level of the podium you build can hold at least that much (+ the weight of the rollerskis I’ll hold over my head for the photo op)
